- Insert the SIM card into your mobile device by following the mobile device instructions.
- Turn on your mobile device, enter PIN1 code (you can find it on the BH Telecom SIM card) and confirm with YES/OK.
- The SIM card will be activated with your first phone call or with you sending your first SMS message or your initial connection to the Internet. The moment of your SIM card activation is when your prepaid mobile service starts.
- After the SIM card activation, you will be able to use your bonus account credit (amount of KM and/or mobile data included with the purchase of the SIM card).

- Mobile data connection settings will automatically be provided to you after the SIM card activation, and this is when your mobile Internet usage will start.
- If the mobile data connection settings are not provided to you, you can send a free of charge SMS message with the word “POSTAVKE” to 061 1100 or you can call BH Telecom’s customer support line at 1444 for more information and assistance.
- If necessary, you can manually enter mobile data settings in your mobile device, as follows:
For Android devices:
- In the Main Menu select ”Settings”, then ”Connection Settings”, then ”Mobile Network Settings”, and finally ”Access Points”
- Select New APN option and enter the following data:
– Name: BH Mobile Internet
– APN: active.bhmobile.ba
– MCC: 218
– MNC: 90
– APN type: default,supl - The remaining part of the profile will be left empty, no need for any additions
- Click ”Save”
- Select ”Access Points” and click on the profile you created named „BH Mobile Internet“, then activate mobile data transmission
For iOS devices:
- In the Main Menu select „Settings“, than select „Mobile Data“ and „Mobile Data Network“
- Select „APN“, and enter: active.bhmobile.ba
- Click „Back“ to complete
- Your iOS device is now configured
- You need to restart your device, then activate mobile data transmission
- You can buy additional credit, the amount being of your choosing, at all BH Telecom sales points and authorized dealers (newsstands, stores, shops, etc.) and via “Moj BH Telecom” free mobile app or BH Telecom’s webshop.
- If you purchased credit in a form of voucher or scratch card, you can top-up your credit by dialing 1204 or *124*xxxxxxxxxxxxxx# from your mobile device. If you make three consecutive errors while recharging your credit via 1204 or *124*xxxxxxxxxxxxxx#, this recharging option will be blocked. In order to unblock, please call BH Telecom’s customer support line at 1444.
- Credit’s validity period depends on the amount of the top-up value
TOP-UP AMOUNT VALIDITY PERIOD From 1 KM to 2,99 KM 7 days From 3 KM to 4,99 KM 10 days From 5 KM to 9,99 KM 30 days From 10 KM to 19,99 KM 90 days From 20 KM and more 180 days - When your credit’s validity period expires, you will only be able to receive calls/SMS and to make free calls to prepaid automatic services (1204 and 1421), 1444 BH Telecom’s customer support line and emergency numbers. From that moment on, you have additional 90 days to add/recharge credit. If you add/recharge your credit during this period, you keep the credit you had acquired before the validity period expired.
- Credit’s validity period also can be checked by dialing *106*6# on your mobile device.
- To check your credit main account balance, please dial *100# or call 1204 (voice message).
- By installing the “Moj BH Telecom” free mobile app, you can get quick access to information about your account/number, account balance, credit validity period, recharge options and BH Telecom’s current offers regarding additional services/packages (minutes, SMS messages and mobile data).
- If you make three consecutive errors while entering your PIN code, the SIM card will be automatically locked. You can unlock the SIM card by using the PUK code.
- PIN and PUK codes can be found on the SIM card.
- If you enter the wrong PUK code ten consecutive times, your SIM card will be permanently locked and you will need to replace it at one of BH Telecom sales points. Note that replacing the SIM card will be charged.
