AMENDMENT TO THE PROCUREMENT NOTICE FOR CONSULTANCY SERVICES AS A PART OF THE ANALYSIS AND ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGE OF BH TELECOM JSC SARAJEVO – NEGOTIATED PROCEDURE WITH PUBLICATION No. – 49065/24-DM

In order to provide comprehensive information to potential participants, facilitating their understanding of participation opportunities in the procurement of consultancy services as a part of the analysis and organizational change of BH Telecom JSC Sarajevo, we hereby announce:

AMENDMENT TO THE PROCUREMENT NOTICE FOR CONSULTANCY SERVICES AS A PART OF THE ANALYSIS AND ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGE OF BH TELECOM JSC SARAJEVO – NEGOTIATED PROCEDURE WITH PUBLICATION No. – 49065/24-DM

The procurement notice for consultancy services for the analysis and organizational change of BH Telecom is being amended to include point IV after point III, which states:

“IV Basic Participation Requirements

The company must be registered to provide consultancy services.

The company must have previously successfully completed consultancy projects in the telecommunications industry, specifically in the area of services that are the subject of this procurement (organizational transformation).

Evidence – the following documents and information are required to be submitted:

Extract from the court register for domestic bidders / other documentation proving registration in relevant professional or other relevant registers of the foreign bidder’s country confirming that the bidder is registered to provide consultancy services.

A list of at least three different clients (mandatory Telecom operators) for whom the bidder has successfully completed services during the period 2019-2024, which are the subject of procurement.

Note: The tender documentation for the subject procurement specifies and describes additional conditions with which bidders can acquaint themselves by obtaining it as described in this Notice.“
