PROCUREMENT NOTICE FOR CONSULTING SERVICES AS A PART OF ANALYSIS AND ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGE AT BH TELECOM JSC SARAJEVO – NEGOTIATED PROCEDURE WITH NOTICE PUBLICATION NUMBER – 49065/24-DM

As per the terms of the invitation to submit initial bids and tender documentation, interested bidders are encouraged to submit their offers in compliance with this notice.

I Communication

All correspondence and communication (information exchange) between BH Telecom and its suppliers takes place via the aforementioned channels.

II Proposal Submission

The supplier shall submit original proposal. The proposal should be delivered in a sealed envelope with the supplier’s name and address, on which the following words shall be written:

“INITIAL PROPOSAL FOR PROCUREMENT NUMBER 49065/24 – DM – DO NOT OPEN”

Initial proposals should be submitted to the following address: Franca Lehara 7 Street, 71000 Sarajevo, Protocol, no later than June 10, 2024, by 4:00 PM.

Proposals submitted after this deadline will be returned unopened to the supplier.

III Amendment or withdrawal of Proposals

Suppliers may amend or withdraw their proposals provided that the amendment or withdrawal occurs before the deadline for submission of proposals. BH Telecom must be notified in writing of any amendments or withdrawal of proposals. Additionally, the envelope containing the supplier’s statement should bear the following: “PROPOSAL AMENDMENT” or “PROPOSAL WITHDRAWAL”.

Suppliers are required to prepare proposals in accordance with the criteria specified in the tender documentation. Suppliers bear all costs incurred for the preparation and submission of their proposals. In the procurement process, BH Telecom JSC Sarajevo incure no costs.

IV Tender Documentation

There is no fee for the tender documentation.

Upon receipt of the request for tender documentation, we will send you a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) that needs to be signed and returned via the provided email addresses. After receiving the signed NDA, the requested tender documentation will be delivered to the email address you specified in your request.
