In order to transfer 0,08 KM from bonus account to main account, please dial *106*3*2#.

Western Balkan countries: Albania, Montenegro, Kosovo, North Macedonia and Serbia.

  • Put Ultra SIM card into your mobile device, according to the instructions you have got with your device.
  • Turn on mobile device, enter PIN 1 and confirm input by YES/OK key.
  • Ultra SIM card is to be activated by the first call, by sending of the first SMS message or by the first connection to mobile Internet, by which starts Ultra prepaid mobile service usage.
  • By activation of Ultra SIM card usage the conveniences from bonus account  will automatically be  enabled to you (money amount and/or Internet traffic being included into Ultra start package price).
  • Upon Ultra SIM card activation, settings for mobile Internet usage will automatically be supplied onto your mobile device, which implies that immediatelly after that mobile Internet usage  will be enabled.
  • In the case that settings for mobile Internet were not supplied, send free of charge SMS message with text ”SETTINGS” onto number 061 1100, and you can also call 1444 for more information and help.
  • If necessary, you can manually enter mobile data settings in your mobile device, as follows:

For Android devices:

  • In the Main Menu select ”Settings”, then ”Connection Settings”, then ”Mobile Network Settings”, and finally ”Access Points”
  • Select New APN option and enter the following data:
    – Name: BH Mobile Internet
    – APN: active.bhmobile.ba
    – MCC: 218
    – MNC: 90
    – APN type: default,supl
  • The remaining part of the profile will be left empty, no need for any additions
  • Click ”save”
  • Select ”Access Points” and click on the profile you created named „BH Mobile Internet“, then activate mobile data transmission

For iOS devices:

  • In the Main Menu select „Settings“, than select „Mobile Data“ and „Mobile Data Network“
  • Select „APN“, and enter: active.bhmobile.ba
  • Click „Back“ to complete
  • Your iOS device is now configured
  • You need to restart your device, then activate mobile data transmission
  • You can buy Ultra credit in wanted amounts in every sales places of BH Telecom and by authorized sellers (kiosks, shops…), as well as via ”Moj BH Telecom” mobile application or BH Telecom webshop.
  • If you have bought  Ultra credit  in the form of a voucher or  scratch card, your charge you perform by calling number 1204 or *124*xxxxxxxxxxxxxx# from your mobile device. If you enter three times wrong code for charge of Ultra credit via 1204 or *124*xxxxxxxxxxxxxx#, this way of charge is to be blocked. For unlocking, call 1444.
  • Ultra credit’s validity period depends on the amount of the top-up value:

    from 1 KM to 2,99 KM 7 days
    from 3 KM to 4,99 KM 10 days
    from 5 KM to 9,99 KM 30 days
    from 10 KM to 19,99 KM 90 days
    from 20 KM and more 180 days
  • When your Ultra credit’s validity period expires, you will only be able to receive calls/SMS and to make free calls to Ultra automatic services (1204 and 1421), 1444 BH Telecom’s customer support line and emergency numbers. From that moment on, you have additional 90 days to add/recharge Ultra credit. If you add/recharge your Ultra credit during this period, you keep the credit you had acquired before the validity period expired.
  • Ultra credit’s validity period also can be checked by dialing *106*6# on your mobile device.

Checking account balance of basic Ultra account you can perform by calling code *100# or by calling number 1204 (voice message).

Install  application ”Moj BH Telecom” onto your smart device aiming quick and easy information review with regard to account status, credit validity, charge/sending credit and actual offers of traffic charge (minutes, SMS and Mobile Internet).

  • Incorrectly entered PIN for three times repeatedly will cause blocking of Ultra SIM card. In thar case certain PUK codes are to be used for unlocking.
  • PIN and PUK codes are located on Ultra SIM card.
  • If you enter incorrectly PUK code for ten times, your SIM card will be permanently blocked and you will have to change the one within selling location of BH Telecom. SIM card replacement is charged.
