PUBLIC CALL for submission of non-binding offers for the purpose of market research of online educational platforms 

 

Subject of public call

The joint stock company BH Telecom Sarajevo announces a public call for submission of non-binding offers, in order to research the market and express interest in business cooperation with companies that are elearning providers.

Interested elearning providers should submit non-binding offers from which it is evident that they meet the following conditions:

• List/catalog of topics/courses/trainings provided by the elearning provider, with special reference to the following topics:

• Microservice or service-oriented architectures
  • EPM
  • PLSQL / SQL
  • Java
  • Oracle Forms & Reports
  • Project management
  • Digital transformations
  • Agility
  • Leadership and Management,
• That the trainings/courses are in one of the official languages ​​of BiH or in English.
• That the elearning provider provides online support in the learning process with a learning counselor/account manager.

• That the online platform enables delegating courses/trainings and creating learning paths for individual users and groups.
• That the online platform of the elearning provider provides automated reports that contain: time spent on courses/training per user, total time spent on courses/training of all users, list of courses/trainings completed by users, etc.
• That the elearning provider issues a certificate for completed trainings/courses.
• That the content of online trainings/courses is regularly updated by the elearning provider, especially in the field of technology, sales, business and people management.
• A non-binding offer by the elearning provider for access to their online platform.

 

The non-binding bid is to be submitted in one of the official languages ​​in BiH or in English.

Other

According to this public invitation, the Joint stock company BH Telecom does not bear any costs of legal entities in participation, as well as the obligation to conclude contracts. Business cooperation with legal entities that meet the stated conditions will be realized in accordance with the rules on procurement of BH Telecom.

BH Telecom reserves the right to inspect, verify the submitted information and request additional clarifications.

The public call for expressions of interest for business cooperation remains open until March 19, 2021.
